ABB INNPM12 is the network-processing element of a Harmony Cnet-to-HCU interface, acting as the gateway between the plant control network and Controlway.
The module stores the control-unit database and exchanges controller communications with a companion INNIS01 network-interface module; duplicate pairs can be engineered for redundancy.
Before replacement, verify adjacent-slot pairing, ribbon-cable and Controlway connections, database and configuration backups, network mode, redundancy role, controller release and logic-power condition.

ABB INNPM12 acts as the gateway between Symphony Cnet and the Controlway bus serving controllers in a Harmony control unit.
ABB INNPM12 communicates directly with an INNIS01 network-interface module and the paired modules form the Cnet-to-HCU interface.
ABB INNPM12 holds the Harmony control-unit database and manages communications between Controlway controllers and the INNIS01 network interface.
A redundant interface uses duplicate INNIS01 and ABB INNPM12 modules, with the secondary network processor monitoring the primary through the dedicated connection.
ABB INNPM12 can operate with INNIS01 in the documented Plant Loop mode as a replacement path for earlier loop and bus interface hardware.
Commission ABB INNPM12 by restoring the approved database, verifying INNIS01 communication, Controlway traffic, node status, redundancy transfer and controller access to Cnet.
Provide the full ABB INNPM12 label, INNIS01 and controller revisions, network mode, redundancy arrangement, configuration backup, quantity and destination.
Send the complete INNPM12 catalog number, revision, quantity, destination and nameplate photo. Identification details will be checked before quotation.
