ABB TA25DU-M is an electromechanical thermal overload relay used to protect compatible contactor-controlled motors against sustained overload and phase failure. Its three-pole bimetal sensing system is specified as trip class 10A.
TA25DU-M provides selectable manual or automatic reset, TEST and STOP controls, a visible trip indication, and one normally open plus one normally closed electrically isolated auxiliary contact for control and signalling circuits.
The TA25DU-M family includes multiple current-adjustment versions. Before replacement, verify the exact relay nameplate, current setting range, matched contactor or rail-mounting kit, conductor size, terminal torque and reset mode.

ABB TA25DU-M provides thermal overload and phase-failure protection for a compatible motor circuit, using three bimetal elements with a documented trip class of 10A.
ABB TA25DU-M can be set for manual or automatic reset, and the selected mode must match the machine safety philosophy and approved restart procedure.
ABB TA25DU-M includes one normally open and one normally closed electrically isolated auxiliary contact for trip signalling and contactor-control functions.
ABB TA25DU-M may be mounted directly to a compatible ABB contactor or on a DIN rail with the specified single-mounting kit, subject to the approved mounting position.
ABB TA25DU-M is documented for operation from -25 to +55 degrees C and storage from -40 to +70 degrees C, with a maximum installation altitude of 2000 m.
A similar TA25DU-M family relay should not be substituted until its exact current-adjustment range, contactor fit, reset mode and auxiliary-circuit requirements match the installed unit.
An inquiry for ABB TA25DU-M should include the complete nameplate, adjustable current range, contactor type, mounting method, reset mode, quantity, condition requirement and destination.
Send the complete model, revision, quantity, destination and nameplate photo so the exact hardware identity can be checked.
