The GE IS200VTCCH1CBD is a Thermocouple Processor Board used within the Mark VI control system. The VTCC accepts up to 24 thermocouple inputs and supports E, J, K, S, and T thermocouple types, with an input span of -8 mV to +45 mV. Thermocouple signals are wired to two terminal blocks on the TBTC terminal board, while molded-plug cables connect the terminal board to the VME rack containing the VTCC processor board. The architecture supports temperature acquisition, signal processing, cold-junction compensation, input limit checking, and fault detection for industrial turbine-control applications.

Terminal Board Connection
