Honeywell 10300/1/1, also marked 136-010875B, is a power converter for the Honeywell Fail-Safe Controller family. The 10300/1/1 converter accepts a nominal 24 VDC input and supplies a regulated 5 VDC output for compatible FSC rack electronics.
Honeywell 10300/1/1 provides galvanic isolation between input and output. The documented input range is 24 VDC minus 15 percent to plus 30 percent, while the 5 VDC output is rated up to 12 A from 0 to 45 °C and 8 A from 0 to 60 °C.
Honeywell 10300/1/1 includes output overvoltage protection and an NTC-based inrush-current limiter. After power-off, the converter should remain de-energized for at least 30 seconds before restart so the inrush limiter can cool and provide the intended protection.
