The Bently Nevada 3300 XL 11 mm Proximity Transducer System consists of: 3300 XL 11 mm probe, 3300 XL 11 mm extension cable, 3300 XL 11 mm Proximitor Sensor. The 3300 XL 11 mm Proximity Transducer System has a 3.94 V (100 mV/mil) output for non-contacting vibration and displacement measurements on fluid film bearing machines. The large 11 mm tip enables this transducer system to have a longer linear range compared to our standard 3300 XL 8 mm Transducer System.

Cable Front End (Abrasion Protection): The built-in metal armor sheath prevents the cable from becoming brittle due to prolonged immersion in high-temperature lubricating oil inside the bearing housing, and protects against mechanical friction and chip scratches.

Cable Tail End (Oil Immersion Protection): The suffix 01 includes a connector protector that wraps around the mini coaxial connector like a diving suit. Even with abundant oil mist inside the bearing housing, it ensures the signal remains ungrounded, preventing the system from reporting a NOT OK error.

Tool-Free Interlocking Mechanism: When connecting the probe's included cable and a 4m/8m extension cable, simply align the two connectors and push them inwards firmly until you hear a clear "click," indicating that the internal gold-plated spring has perfectly locked in place.

Correct Installation of the Connector Protector: Do not force the protector onto the connector when it is dry. After connecting the connector, apply a small amount of silicone grease lubricant to the outside of the connector, then smoothly slide the rubber protective sleeve provided with the 01 connector over to cover the entire connector. If inside the bearing housing, it is recommended to tighten a high-temperature resistant nylon cable tie at each end of the protective sleeve to achieve 100% turbine oil blocking.
