Honeywell FC-PDB-0824 is the eight-channel power distribution board used in Safety Manager installations to distribute protected 24 VDC power to field circuits or termination assemblies.
Each distribution path uses a time-delay fuse rated up to 2 A. The documented fuse format is 5 x 20 mm, supporting straightforward identification during maintenance.
The board measures 94 x 109 x 71 mm and mounts on TS32 or TS35 x 7.5 DIN rail, using 95 mm of rail length. Keyed two-pole input and field connectors help preserve wiring orientation.
Before replacement, isolate the correct supply, record every channel, verify fuse ratings, connector keying, rail position, load current and the Safety Manager cabinet power design.
