+86 15359408275High-Range Acceleration Transducer · Bently Nevada 330400 and 330425 Acceleration Transducers
Bently Nevada 330425-01-05 is a high-range acceleration transducer for critical-machinery casing measurements such as gear-mesh monitoring. It retains a three-wire electrical architecture for compatibility with monitoring systems designed for earlier Bently Nevada acceleration transducers.
The 330425 provides 25 mV/g sensitivity and a 75 g peak acceleration range across the documented 10 Hz to 15 kHz span. Option 01 selects the 1/4-28 UNF integral mounting stud and option 05 selects multiple approvals.
Mount the sensor on a rigid prepared surface at a location that faithfully transmits the machine vibration of interest. Confirm cable type, monitor input, bias behavior, mounting torque and channel scaling before enabling alarms.

Bently Nevada 330425-01-05 measures casing acceleration on critical machinery and is suited to high-frequency applications such as gear-mesh monitoring when mounted at a representative location.
Bently Nevada 330425-01-05 provides 25 mV/g sensitivity and a 75 g peak acceleration range across the documented 10 Hz to 15 kHz frequency span.
Bently Nevada 330425-01-05 uses the 01 option for a 1/4-28 UNF integral mounting stud, so the prepared mounting surface and thread must match.
Bently Nevada 330425-01-05 retains a three-wire design to support compatible monitoring systems and replacement paths associated with earlier Bently Nevada acceleration transducers.
Bently Nevada 330425-01-05 requires a rigid mounting surface, correct stud torque, secure shielded cabling and a sensor location that transmits the casing vibration being monitored.
A 330400 should not directly replace Bently Nevada 330425-01-05 without checking sensitivity and range because the 330400 is a 100 mV/g, 50 g device while the 330425 is a 25 mV/g, 75 g device.
Provide the Bently Nevada 330425-01-05 nameplate, monitor input type, channel scale, mounting thread, cable length, approvals, vibration range, quantity and destination.
Send the complete model, revision, quantity, destination and nameplate photo so the exact hardware identity can be checked.
