Voltage between -2.0V and -18.0V: Indicates the probe's physical mounting gap is normal and the transmitter is fault-free. Please check the DCS analog input AI module calibration.

Voltage > -1.0V (close to 0V or even positive voltage): Usually indicates an insulation short circuit between the coaxial gold connector (ClickLoc) from the probe to the extension cable and the machine housing, or the probe is stuck on the shaft surface.

Voltage < -20.0V (or even close to the power supply limit): Indicates the probe's physical gap is too large (completely outside the 2mm linear measurement range), or the probe cable is broken or the core wire is disconnected.
