Woodward 9907-1200 is a CPC-II current-to-pressure converter with a 0–10 bar control-pressure range and Zone 2 rating. It positions compatible steam or fuel valves and servo systems by producing hydraulic pressure proportional to an isolated 4–20 mA command.
The CPC-II accepts 18–32 Vdc power and provides a 4–20 mA pressure-feedback output together with alarm and shutdown status. Its internal control includes pressure regulation, diagnostic functions and configurable valve linearization for demanding turbine applications.
Woodward specifies a maximum hydraulic supply pressure of 25 bar, recommended 24–40 µm nominal filtration and 20–100 cSt viscosity. The 0–10 bar output should be applied within the documented supply-pressure and dynamic-performance limits.
Installation of Woodward 9907-1200 requires a correct manifold, clean hydraulic lines, verified supply/control/drain porting, suitable oil, electrical grounding, Zone 2 practices and calibrated service-tool configuration before stroking the connected servo.

Woodward 9907-1200 provides a 0–10 bar, or 0–145 psi, control-pressure range and is the Zone 2 CPC-II configuration identified in Woodward product specification 03352.
Woodward 9907-1200 requires 18–32 Vdc, accepts an isolated 4–20 mA command and provides a 4–20 mA pressure-feedback signal plus discrete status outputs for system integration.
Woodward 9907-1200 allows up to 25 bar hydraulic supply pressure. For best dynamic performance, the selected control-pressure range must remain within Woodward's documented supply-pressure relationship.
