RTDs 1 to 6 handle motor stator winding protection, while RTDs 7 to 10 monitor ambient, motor, and load bearing temperatures. The system uses RTD data for thermal modeling and applies exponential cooldown to match motor cooling rates for load cycle calculations. Control terminals consist of a speed switch input, a differential relay input, and a configurable spare input for breaker status. Setpoints, learned parameters, statistics, and pre-trip values are stored in non-volatile memory to prevent data loss during power failure.
