Honeywell FC-SDI-1624 V1.1 is a revision-specific sixteen-channel fail-safe digital input module for Safety Manager. It monitors 24 VDC field states and passes validated input information to the safety application.
Honeywell base-module data lists sixteen channels, 7 mA input current at 24 VDC, a HIGH threshold above 15 VDC and a LOW threshold below 9 VDC with current below 2 mA. Typical input delay is 10 ms.
Confirm that the V1.1 hardware revision supports the installed chassis, FTA, Safety Manager release and proof-test procedure. Preserve channel allocation, field supply, line diagnostics and key coding during replacement.
