Honeywell FC-TPSU-2430 is an isolated DC/DC converter that provides regulated 30 VDC at 1 A to Safety Manager field termination assemblies such as TSAI-1620M. It includes local voltage indication and a readback relay.
The input range is 18 to 36 VDC with 4 A maximum inrush. Output is 30 VDC +/-0.25 V, short-circuit proof at 1 A, with less than 0.1 Vrms ripple and greater than 75% efficiency.
The module supports applications up to SIL 3, uses a 3.15 A fuse and operates from -5 to +70 C. Verify grounding, SELV supply, alarm contact, DIN-rail clearance and external FTA load before energizing.

Honeywell FC-TPSU-2430 converts cabinet 24 VDC into isolated monitored 30 VDC power for supported Safety Manager FTAs.
Honeywell FC-TPSU-2430 powers analog-input and other termination assemblies requiring a monitored 30 VDC field source.
Honeywell specifies 18-36 VDC input, 30 VDC +/-0.25 V output, 1 A rating, less than 3.3 A short-circuit current and greater than 75% efficiency.
Honeywell FC-TPSU-2430 is used with supported FTAs such as FC-TSAI-1620M and requires correct readback, grounding and fuse coordination.
Before installing Honeywell FC-TPSU-2430, verify the complete model and revision, mounting arrangement, power, field wiring, grounding and approved Safety Manager configuration.
