Honeywell FC-TSDI-1624 is a sixteen-channel 24 VDC safe digital input FTA for Safety Manager. It connects screw-terminal field wiring to one or a redundant pair of FC-SDI-1624 modules through the approved SICC cable.
Each input uses PTC current limiting so a single field-wire short to 0 V does not remove the common 24 V source from all sixteen channels. Honeywell specifies 24 VDC -15% to +30% and 15 mA maximum input current at 24 VDC.
The FTA measures 90 x 70 x 58 mm and uses 91 mm of DIN rail. Verify channel polarity, PTC condition, SICC cable, FC-SDI-1624 pairing, rail grounding and Class I Division 2 requirements before commissioning.

Honeywell FC-TSDI-1624 is a safety digital input field termination assembly for the Honeywell Safety Manager. It terminates sixteen 24 VDC field inputs for one or a redundant pair of FC-SDI-1624 modules.
Honeywell FC-TSDI-1624 terminates and current-limits sixteen 24 VDC safety input circuits for FC-SDI-1624 modules.
Honeywell FC-TSDI-1624 connects field switches and 24 VDC safety contacts to non-redundant or redundant Safety Manager digital inputs.
Honeywell specifies 16 channels, 24 VDC -15%/+30%, 15 mA maximum input current, 260 ohm PTC resistance and 90 x 70 x 58 mm dimensions.
Honeywell FC-TSDI-1624 must be connected by the approved SICC cable to one or a redundant pair of FC-SDI-1624 modules.
Before installing Honeywell FC-TSDI-1624, verify the complete model and revision, mounting arrangement, power, field wiring, grounding and approved Safety Manager configuration.
