1734-ACNR is a ControlNet adapter that manages data transfer between controllers on the network and 1734 distributed I/O modules on the local backplane.
The official manual specifies a typical 24 V DC supply, 10.2 W maximum power, 1.0 A backplane current at 5 V DC, 25 direct I/O connections and 5 rack I/O connections.
The adapter requires Series C or later I/O modules and supports a network access port plus redundant media, so node address, scheduling and media design must be verified.

1734-ACNR transfers scheduled and unscheduled data between a ControlNet network and 1734 I/O modules connected to its local backplane.
1734-ACNR uses a typical 24 V DC supply, consumes up to 10.2 W and provides up to 1.0 A at 5 V DC to the local backplane.
1734-ACNR supports up to 25 direct I/O connections and 5 rack I/O connections, subject to network timing and the installed module mix.
1734-ACNR requires Series C or later 1734 I/O modules, and analog or specialty modules must use direct connections as described in the official manual.
An installation using 1734-ACNR needs 1734-EP24DC extension power when the planned backplane current exceeds 1.0 A; each extension supply can add 1.3 A.
Replacement of 1734-ACNR requires the node address, NUT, RPI, connection layout, network schedule, redundant-media wiring, backplane power and module order to be verified.
A 1734-ACNR inquiry should include the adapter series and firmware, network node, local module list, connection count, redundant-media requirement, quantity and destination.
Send the complete 1734-ACNR catalog number, revision, quantity, destination and nameplate photo. Identification details will be checked before quotation.
