Vibro-Meter 200-510-074-114 is an MPC4 machinery protection processing card for the VM600 machinery protection system. The MPC4 platform measures and monitors up to four dynamic signals and two speed or phase-reference signals simultaneously.
Vibro-Meter 200-510-074-114 accepts configurable measurement chains for acceleration, velocity, displacement, thrust position, housing expansion and dynamic pressure. Digital processing supports filtering, integration or differentiation, rectification, order tracking and sensor-gap measurement where configured.
The MPC4 works as a card pair with a corresponding IOC4T input/output card. Processed alarm states can drive IOC4T relays or be routed through the VM600 rack buses, while buffered signals are available for analysis and external monitoring equipment.
Keep 200-510-074-114 separate from 200-510-074-113 and verify hardware revision, coating and installed database independently.
