Honeywell FS-TPSU-2430 is an isolated DC/DC converter for Safety Manager field termination assemblies. It accepts an 18 to 36 VDC input and supplies regulated 30 VDC at 1 A to supported analog input and HART FTAs.
The output is specified at 30 VDC +/-0.25 V with less than 0.1 Vrms ripple, greater than 75% efficiency and short-circuit current below 3.3 A. Local voltage indication and a readback relay report output status.
FS-TPSU-2430 supports applications up to SIL 3 and operates from -5 to +70 C. Verify SELV input, 3.15 A fuse, grounding or earth-leak detection, readback wiring, DIN-rail clearance and connected FTA load.

Honeywell FS-TPSU-2430 is a safety field power supply module for the Honeywell Safety Manager. It converts 18-36 VDC input into isolated regulated 30 VDC at 1 A for supported FTAs.
Honeywell FS-TPSU-2430 converts cabinet 24 VDC power into isolated and monitored 30 VDC for supported Safety Manager FTAs.
Honeywell FS-TPSU-2430 powers analog-input and HART termination assemblies that require a regulated isolated 30 VDC source.
Honeywell specifies 18-36 VDC input, 30 VDC +/-0.25 V output, 1 A rating, less than 3.3 A short-circuit current and greater than 75% efficiency.
Honeywell FS-TPSU-2430 is used with approved FTAs such as TSAI-1620m and TSHART-1620m and requires correct readback and grounding.
Before installing Honeywell FS-TPSU-2430, verify the complete model and revision, mounting arrangement, power, field wiring, grounding and approved Safety Manager configuration.
Commission Honeywell FS-TPSU-2430 under the approved Honeywell and site procedure. Prove its configured channels, diagnostics, communications and safety response before returning the system to service.
