Record and approve two BNC Ethernet ports, two 15-pin transceiver ports, 10 Mbps speed and 500 VDC isolation. The baseline must match the installed safety application before hardware is moved.
The integration record must cover TSAA addressing, TCP/UDP/IP settings, coax segment design, terminators and redundant network path. Include drawings and point or port assignments with the change package.
Supplier inspection should include BNC continuity, transceiver-port operation, Ethernet traffic test and TX/RX indication. Results must be traceable to the offered serial or nameplate identity.
