Anybus AB9001-B is an industrial protocol gateway that transfers cyclic process data between a Modbus TCP client network and a PROFIBUS slave connection.
The unit provides dual 10/100 Mbit/s Ethernet ports, a nine-pin PROFIBUS connector, configurable I/O exchange and DIN-rail mounting without consuming a controller card slot.
Before replacement, export the gateway configuration and verify network roles, PROFIBUS address, baud rate, Modbus transaction list, byte mapping, byte order, watchdog behavior and 24 VDC wiring.

AB9001-B operates as modbus tcp client to profibus slave gateway within Anybus X-gateway, and its installed role must be confirmed from the host system configuration and field wiring.
AB9001-B must be matched by the complete catalog number, channel or interface configuration, electrical ratings, connector arrangement and the limits listed in the technical table.
