ifm Smart Link DP AC1335 is an AS-Interface gateway that connects one AS-i Version 2.1 master network to a PROFIBUS DP control system.
The gateway exchanges sensor and actuator data with the higher control level and provides a backlit graphical display, four operating keys and four status LEDs for configuration and diagnostics.
Before installation, verify the AS-i power supply, PROFIBUS address and GSD configuration, AS-i slave addressing, functional earth, bus termination, DIN-rail mounting and cabinet temperature.

ifm Smart Link DP AC1335 exchanges AS-i sensor and actuator data with a higher-level controller through its PROFIBUS DP slave interface.
ifm Smart Link DP AC1335 contains one AS-i Version 2.1 master, so the installed slave addresses and AS-i power arrangement must match a single network.
ifm Smart Link DP AC1335 is supplied from AS-i at 26.5 to 31.6 VDC and has documented total AS-i current consumption below 200 mA.
ifm Smart Link DP AC1335 requires the correct PROFIBUS GSD configuration, station address, bus parameters and mapped AS-i slave data in the host controller project.
ifm AC1326 is a two-master gateway with a different supply arrangement, so it cannot directly replace ifm Smart Link DP AC1335 without redesigning the AS-i topology and controller configuration.
Installation of ifm Smart Link DP AC1335 requires DIN-rail security, functional-earth continuity, correct AS-i polarity, PROFIBUS termination, ventilation and a condensation-free 0 to 60 degree C environment.
Provide the complete ifm Smart Link DP AC1335 label, firmware or revision, PROFIBUS address and GSD version, AS-i slave count, quantity, condition and destination.
