Record and approve 8 differential pulse inputs, 16 pulse-totalizer inputs, IN+/IN- terminals and the required two-panel arrangement for a 3515. The baseline must match the installed safety application before hardware is moved.
The integration record must cover shield grounding, unused-point shorting, cable length and the connected 3510, 3511 or 3515 module. Include drawings and point or port assignments with the change package.
Supplier inspection should include terminal integrity, connector keying, point-to-point continuity and label sets 1-16 or 17-32. Results must be traceable to the offered serial or nameplate identity.
