ABB RETA-02 is an Ethernet adapter module that connects compatible ABB drives to PROFINET IO or Modbus TCP networks. It provides real-time drive control and status exchange together with parameter and diagnostic access supported by the selected protocol.
The official manual specifies 10BASE-TX and 100BASE-TX Ethernet, 10 or 100 Mbit/s operation, half- or full-duplex communication, category 5 copper cabling and a maximum cable segment of 100 m.
