+86 18150117685Power interface board for DCS800
This ABB DCS800 power interface board is used with D1 through D4+ converter modules rated from 20 A to 1190 A and supports the published 230–525 VAC and 600 VAC drive applications.
The original board accepts 115 or 230 VAC at auxiliary input X99, while 230 VDC belongs only to the later b variant; its onboard field interface applies to D1 through D4 and must not be assumed for D4+.
Ordering note: Verify the complete model, installed system, revision and current manufacturer documentation before purchase or installation.

Compatibility depends on the complete ordering code, installed hardware, wiring and approved engineering data.
The onboard field interface is used with D1 through D4 modules, whereas D4+ uses the board without that field connection.
No, the original board accepts 115 or 230 VAC, while the 230 VDC option belongs only to the later b variant.
ABB specifies S1 positions 2–3 to lock auxiliary-voltage selection to 230 VAC instead of using automatic detection.
ABB places this continuously operating power-interface board in the nine-year preventive-maintenance replacement program because it contains heat-sensitive aging capacitors.
The parent DCS800-S range remains in the Classic phase through 31 December 2026 and is planned to enter Limited status on 1 January 2027, so availability should be confirmed with ABB.
Send the complete SDCS-PIN-4 model, quantity, installed system, destination and clear label photos. Availability and condition will be confirmed before quotation.
