Triconex 3805EN is an 8-point 4 to 20 mA analog output module for Tricon safety and critical-control applications. The module uses triple modular redundant processing to maintain controlled current-loop outputs and to support online diagnostics.
Tricon planning documentation identifies 3805EN as a special-service equivalent of the standard 3805E function. It is DC-coupled and intended for current-loop output service, so the installed termination panel, loop power arrangement and field load must match the approved design.
