ABB RDCO-02C 3ABD64606956 is the coated version of the RDCO-02 DDCS communication option module. It adds four fiber-optic DDCS channels to compatible RMIO motor-control boards or BCU control units.
RDCO-02C provides 5 MBd optical components on CH0 and CH1 and 10 MBd components on CH2 and CH3. Channel use is assigned by the installed drive application and firmware rather than by the physical connectors alone.
Before replacement, verify the coated C-version, control-unit compatibility, channel node addresses, fiber type and direction, optical component rates, application assignments and drive parameter backup.
