+86 1535940827564-Point TMR Analog Input Module - Tricon Safety System
Triconex 3704E is a 64-point commoned analog input module for the Tricon TMR safety platform. The module accepts configured 0–5 V DC or 0–10 V DC signals and can measure 0–20 mA loops when the specified shunt arrangement is used.
Three redundant signal paths support safety-system diagnostics and continuous input processing. The documented update time is 75 ms, with 12-bit conversion and accuracy below 0.25% of full scale from 0 to 60 °C.
Before replacement, confirm the exact 3704E revision, field termination assembly, voltage-range selection, current-loop shunts, channel allocation and TriStation configuration. Perform loop checks and the approved safety validation after installation.

Triconex 3704E provides 64 commoned analog input points in a TMR architecture. Confirm every configured channel against the installed termination documentation.
Triconex 3704E supports 0–5 V DC or 0–10 V DC ranges selected in TriStation; 0–20 mA measurement requires the specified shunt resistor arrangement.
Triconex 3704E has a 75 ms input update rate, 12-bit resolution and accuracy below 0.25% of full scale from 0 to 60 °C.
Verify the exact revision, keyed chassis position, field termination, voltage selection, shunt values, channel map and TriStation project.
Perform channel-by-channel loop tests, confirm PASS, FAULT and ACTIVE indications, compare redundant signal paths and complete the approved safety functional test.
No direct interchangeability should be assumed. Related 3720 and 3721 modules use different input arrangements, so the complete model and application must be verified.
Provide the complete Triconex 3704E nameplate, hardware revision, termination-panel model, configured signal range, quantity and destination.
Current Schneider Electric public pages describe the Triconex platform, while detailed legacy product documentation requires registered support access. Use the installed project records as the final reference.
Send the complete Triconex model, order number, revision, quantity, destination and nameplate photo. We will verify identification details before confirming availability and lead time.
